Web Developer Intern (Regional Advisory)

This full-time remote internship focuses on the technical side of regional advisory. You will help build and maintain the digital interfaces that our advisors use to present commercial data to clients. We are currently assisting a regional logistics firm headquartered in Jeddah with a strategy for their cross-border operations. This specific engagement requires us to manage complex commercial data sets, and we are looking for a Web Developer Intern to help build the digital tools that make this information clear and useful for the client.

What you will do

• Build and maintain internal web tools that help our advisors visualize regional market data.
• Update the firm code base to ensure our client-facing reporting portals are responsive and secure.
• Assist in the development of custom dashboards for our Jeddah-based logistics client engagement.
• Collaborate with senior partners to translate abstract commercial data into clear, interactive web elements.
• Ensure the technical performance and load speeds of our data-heavy research pages.
• Write clean, documented code that can be easily handed off or updated by other team members.
• Troubleshoot minor front-end issues and bugs as they arise during project presentations.

What we are looking for

• Basic proficiency in core web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with at least one modern front-end library or framework, such as React or Vue.
• A clear understanding of how to make websites look and function well on both desktop and mobile devices.
• Comfortable using version control systems like Git to manage code changes.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners in plain English.
• A logical approach to problem-solving and an interest in how technology supports business decisions.
• Willingness to work in a fully remote environment alongside a distributed regional team.

Helpful background

• Previous experience building a personal project or a basic website from scratch.
• Exposure to data visualization libraries like D3.js or Chart.js.
• Basic knowledge of back-end integration or working with simple APIs.
