Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Job Description
- Lead company-wide marketing, growth, communications, branding, and market positioning strategy.
- Develop and execute growth-focused marketing initiatives tied to measurable business outcomes, qualified opportunities, market expansion, RFP invitations, and pursuit success.
- Partner closely with executive leadership, business development, preconstruction, and operations to support client targeting and early-stage opportunity positioning.
- Strengthen pursuit strategy, messaging, differentiation, and proposal win rates through executive-level marketing leadership.
- Lead market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, emerging markets, and positioning advantages within the construction and AEC industries.
- Build and maintain a compelling brand identity across company platforms, campaigns, communications, and affiliated entities.
- Oversee digital presence, website strategy, SEO, social media, content, photography, videography, digital advertising, and campaign performance.
- Ensure proposals and presentations clearly communicate the company’s value proposition, culture, capabilities, and differentiators.
- Develop marketing initiatives that showcase projects, employees, culture, safety, community involvement, and industry leadership.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership on employer branding, recruiting visibility, employee engagement, and internal communications.
- Manage external agencies, creative vendors, PR firms, photographers, media partners, and marketing consultants.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to measure marketing effectiveness, campaign performance, qualified leads, RFP invitations, engagement metrics, and contribution to business growth.
- Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives at scale while fostering accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Stay current on emerging marketing trends, AI tools, communication technologies, and strategies that differentiate the company in a competitive marketplace.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing, growth, branding, communications, or advertising experience.
- 3+ years of senior marketing leadership, strategic marketing management, or growth leadership experience.
- Demonstrated experience tying marketing strategy to business development, pursuit strategy, pipeline influence, revenue growth, market expansion, or measurable business outcomes.
- Experience supporting executive leadership, business development teams, pursuit strategy, client targeting, or market positioning.
- Experience in construction, AEC, engineering, architecture, real estate development, or a closely related project-based industry is strongly preferred.
- Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Experience managing social media, website strategy, SEO, content, analytics, brand messaging, and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics/GA4, WordPress, SEO platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Strong executive communication, writing, storytelling, presentation, brand strategy, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
