Role: Fullstack Developer

Contract Length: 12 - 14 Weeks

Seeking a Fullstack Developer to join a project in discovery phase with a consultancy, taking over a project from a 3rd party to build an open source viewer tool.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all frontend follows UK gov. design standards
• Ensure backend integrates into Arelle Viewer
• Client engagement
• Solving challenges & complexities as they present themselves
• Developing UI's to meet GDS standards
• Developing open source solutions
• Integrating open source capabilities into solutions
• Collaboration with Open Source Community and 3rd Party SME's
• Developing containerised applications
• Agile Delivery

Required:

• Strong skills in developing UI’s
• Understanding of GDS
• Expert level in JavaScript/Typescript & Python
• Good history with REST API’s & relational databases
• Experienced in HTML rendering

Desirable:

• Strong front-end frameworks: React & Less
• Azure expertise
