This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager, Flex in United States.

This role sits at the center of a new financial product aimed at improving access to credit for underserved consumers. You will own critical parts of the product lifecycle, from onboarding and activation through engagement, retention, and repayment behavior. Working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment, you will turn member insights and performance data into impactful product decisions. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Credit, Underwriting, Legal, and Operations. You will help shape a next-generation pay-in-4 card designed for everyday use and long-term member value. This is a high-impact opportunity to build and scale an early-stage consumer financial product with real-world financial outcomes for millions of users.

Accountabilities

  • Drive end-to-end product development for key areas of the Flex card experience, including onboarding, activation, spend, repayment, and member communications.
  • Own and improve core product metrics such as conversion, activation, usage, retention, and repayment performance through continuous experimentation and iteration.
  • Translate product vision into clear, actionable backlogs and prioritize initiatives in collaboration with engineering, design, data, and research teams.
  • Use qualitative insights and quantitative analysis to identify high-impact opportunities across the member journey and inform product strategy.
  • Lead rapid discovery and delivery cycles, balancing speed of execution with long-term product scalability and risk considerations.
  • Partner across multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment between product goals, operational execution, and business outcomes.
  • Contribute to the evolution of a multi-product financial ecosystem alongside complementary financial offerings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2+ years in fintech, lending, credit cards, BNPL, or related consumer financial products.
  • Proven track record of driving growth, conversion, and retention in consumer-facing digital products.
  • Strong ability to manage complex product surfaces with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Experience working with senior leadership to define, refine, and execute high-impact product initiatives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data tools such as SQL, Looker, Tableau, Mode, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate productivity, decision-making, and product development.
  • Strong product judgment, with the ability to balance user experience, business goals, and risk considerations.
  • Bonus: experience with alternative credit models, cashflow-based underwriting, or consumer credit regulations.
