Job Summary
We’re hiring a HubSpot Solutions Architect to lead client accounts end-to-end — from discovery and strategy through architecture, implementation, and ongoing optimization.
This is a senior-level role for someone who knows HubSpot deeply, has real agency experience, and is ready to own client relationships while designing the technical systems behind them. You’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients, serving as both trusted advisor and hands-on architect.
We’re an AI-native agency. That means you’ll work alongside AI tools daily, using them to accelerate discovery, automate documentation, build integrations, and deliver at a level that would be impossible with manual work alone. If you’re excited about what’s possible when deep HubSpot expertise meets modern AI tooling, this is the role.
4–6 years of hands-on HubSpot experience required. Agency experience strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Account Management
- Serve as the primary lead and relationship owner for a portfolio of mid-market clients.
- Run discovery, gather requirements, scope work, and translate business objectives into implementation plans.
- Communicate proactively with clients — setting expectations, surfacing risks, and delivering results without needing to be managed.
- Balance multiple accounts simultaneously with clear prioritization and follow-through.
Team Coordination & Project Management
- Direct and delegate implementation work to team members; providing clear briefs, context, and acceptance criteria so work ships right the first time.
- Review and QA output before it reaches the client
- Manage project timelines, track deliverables, and keep work moving across your accounts.
- Mentor and develop junior team members through feedback, pairing, and knowledge sharing.
Solution Architecture & Systems Design
- Design scalable CRM architectures – data models, lifecycle stages, pipeline structures, custom objects, and process automation – across marketing, sales, and service hubs.
- Architect solutions that are clean, documented, and maintainable. You’ll be building systems other people need to understand and extend.
- Evaluate when to use native HubSpot capabilities versus custom builds, and make the right call.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

Requirements
Professional Experience
- 4–6 years of hands-on HubSpot experience, including complex CRM implementations and multi-hub architecture.
- Agency or consultancy experience – you’ve managed multiple client relationships, juggled competing priorities, and delivered under real deadlines.

What Sets The Right Person Apart
