Key Responsibilities
Own the overall functionality, performance, and optimization of the Shopify storefront.
Manage site merchandising, product launches, subscriptions, app integrations, QA testing, landing pages, and onsite conversion optimization initiatives.
Continuously test and improve the customer journey through A/B testing, landing page optimization, merchandising strategy, and onsite UX improvements to improve conversion rate and revenue per session.
Own and improve onsite SEO strategy and execution across the Shopify ecosystem.
Implement SEO best practices across product pages, collections, blogs, metadata, site structure, and technical performance to improve organic visibility and search rankings across search engines and LLMs.
Monitor keyword performance, traffic trends, and search behavior to identify growth opportunities and continuously optimize content and site experience for discoverability and conversion.
Manage GA4 implementation and reporting, including event setup, custom conversions, funnel analysis, and ecommerce tracking.
Build dashboards and reporting systems that surface actionable business insights.
Analyze customer behavior, site performance, retention trends, and marketing performance to identify growth opportunities and operational inefficiencies.
Translate data into clear recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
Own setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of tracking infrastructure across Meta, Google, TikTok, Klaviyo, and other marketing platforms.
Ensure clean and accurate attribution and event tracking across all acquisition channels.
Build smart and scalable systems that improve operational efficiency and decision-making across ecommerce and marketing functions.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data accuracy across platforms.
Partner closely with growth, creative, operations, retention, and customer experience teams to execute launches, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.

We are looking for an Ecommerce & Analytics Manager to own and optimize the performance of our Shopify ecosystem while building the data infrastructure and insights that power smarter business decisions across marketing, retention, and customer experience.


About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Ecommerce & Analytics Manager to own the day-to-day management and optimization of our Shopify storefront and ecommerce systems. This role will also lead website analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution infrastructure.


This is a critical, high-impact role at the center of the business, requiring someone who can operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is a fully remote position (MUST BE BASED IN NORTH AMERICA) that reports to our Head of Growth.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Shopify Store Management: Own the overall functionality, performance, and optimization of the Shopify storefront. Manage site merchandising, product launches, subscriptions, app integrations, QA testing, landing pages, and onsite conversion optimization initiatives.
  • Site Optimization + CRO: Continuously test and improve the customer journey through A/B testing, landing page optimization, merchandising strategy, and onsite UX improvements to improve conversion rate and revenue per session.
  • SEO + Site Visibility: Own and improve onsite SEO strategy and execution across the Shopify ecosystem.   • Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with growth, creative, operations, retention, and customer experience teams to execute launches, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital product management, analytics, or growth operations (DTC/CPG preferred)
  • Deep experience managing Shopify storefronts and ecommerce ecosystems
  • Strong experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking implementation across paid media platforms
  • Experience with attribution tools and analytics platforms (Triple Whale, Looker Studio, Supermetrics, etc. a plus)
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs including conversion rate, AOV, LTV, CAC, MER, and retention metrics
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (required)
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities and business judgment
  • Ability to operate both strategically and in the weeds
