We’re partnering with a Client that’s building and improving large-scale clinical technology platforms supporting the Medicaid space — and they’re looking for a strong Senior Product Management professional to join the team.

This is a high-visibility role where you’ll help lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery while working closely with engineering, business stakeholders, and SaaS partners. The environment moves quickly, the work has real impact, and the team values people who can step in, take ownership, and drive execution with minimal direction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead product initiatives from planning and design through release and delivery

• Partner with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, business, and operations

• Support and improve a clinical platform used within the Medicaid ecosystem

• Drive Agile delivery, Scrum execution, and release management activities

• Investigate product and delivery issues, analyze data, and recommend practical solutions

• Define product requirements, identify gaps, and help shape roadmap priorities

• Communicate status updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership teams

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and SaaS vendors to improve platform performance

• Use tools like Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira Align, and related enterprise platforms to manage delivery and execution

What They’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of Product Management, Product Owner, Program Management, or related experience

• Strong background in Scrum, Agile delivery, or Release Management

• Experience supporting clinical platforms or healthcare technology environments

• Exposure to Medicaid, payer, or healthcare systems is highly preferred

• Experience working with SaaS vendors and enterprise applications

• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

• Someone who can operate independently, move quickly, and take ownership
