Pay range - $70 TO $80/hr on W2
Length of assignment – 11+Months of Contract
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and scaling of a patient-facing digital product built on a conversational AI/chat platform. This role will drive the successful launch of an MVP and lead the roadmap for expanded use cases through Q3/Q4.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product management, conversational AI, and large language model (LLM) technologies, with the ability to translate business objectives into scalable, customer-centric digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for conversational AI and digital assistant platforms
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization
- Drive MVP launch activities and iterative quarterly product enhancements
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, clinical, and business stakeholders
- Translate business objectives into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Manage Agile product development processes including backlog prioritization and sprint planning
- Collaborate with engineering teams leveraging Gemini, Vertex AI, and RAG-based architectures
- Ensure alignment between customer experience, business value, and technical feasibility
- Define, track, and analyze KPIs and product performance metrics
- Identify market opportunities and product differentiation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution across teams
- Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate business issues when necessary
- Support platform scalability across additional customer-facing use cases and domains

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5–8+ years of product management experience with ownership of moderate to complex digital products
- Experience delivering platform-based or digital products in an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of LLMs, conversational AI, and AI-driven product strategies
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on AI/ML solutions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
