ABOUT THE ROLE

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Business Analyst. This role focuses on analyzing data, identifying business trends, and supporting decision-making across teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in business strategy or data-driven roles. No prior professional experience is required—training will be provided.

The Business Analyst will work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze performance, and help improve business processes.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on analytical ability, communication skills, and client hiring needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Analyze business data and generate reports

- Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement

- Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements

- Support decision-making with data-driven insights

- Work with teams to improve processes and workflows

- Create dashboards, spreadsheets, and performance reports

- Assist in tracking KPIs and business metrics

- Conduct market and operational research

- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments

- Present findings in a clear and structured format

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, finance, economics, or related field)

- No prior experience required (training provided)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Attention to detail and organization

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

- Interest in data, business strategy, or analytics

- Willingness to learn and grow
