About Nordic.Partners & AffCollect
Nordic.Partners is a Malta-based group with ambitions to become a key player in the iGaming affiliate space. We operate at the intersection of performance marketing, content, and brand – building assets that drive measurable results in one of the world’s most competitive digital industries.
Our flagship product is AffCollect – the iGaming industry’s leading affiliate stat collection platform. AffCollect enables iGaming affiliates to automatically gather, consolidate, and verify revenue data across 20+ affiliate programs, saving finance teams significant time while delivering best-in-class data accuracy. Nordic.Partners acquired AffCollect to anchor its position in the affiliate ecosystem, and growing the AffCollect brand is central to this role.
We are a lean, founder-led company moving fast. Everyone on the team owns their area and is expected to bring ideas, not just execute them.
About the Role
As Brand & Communications Manager, you will own everything that shapes how Nordic.Partners and AffCollect are perceived within the iGaming industry. Your primary focus is brand building: defining how we show up, what we stand for, and how we communicate that across every touchpoint – from LinkedIn and press to industry events and trade shows.
A significant part of the role is owning our presence at iGaming conferences and expos – not just logistics, but the full lifecycle: preparing the company and CEO before events, activating our presence on the ground, and turning every conference into a content and PR opportunity afterward. You will also manage the personal brand of Group CEO Håvard Lehn, who is the public face of both Nordic.Partners and AffCollect.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Building
• Develop and execute brand strategies for both Nordic.Partners and AffCollect across all external channels
• Define and maintain positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity guidelines for each brand
• Build brand awareness within the iGaming affiliate industry through targeted campaigns, content, and partnerships
• Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints – website, social, PR, events, and presentations
• Track brand performance and adjust strategy based on data, industry feedback, and market signals
LinkedIn & Social Media
• Own and manage Nordic.Partners’ and AffCollect’s LinkedIn presence – strategy, content calendar, publishing, and growth
• Build and manage the personal LinkedIn brand of Group CEO Håvard Lehn
• Produce content in the CEO’s authentic voice – insightful, direct, and engaging for a B2B iGaming audience

• Leverage LinkedIn features, including articles, newsletters, document posts, and video, to maximize reach
• Use LinkedIn Analytics to measure performance and continuously refine the content strategy
• Stay current on platform algorithm changes and B2B social media best practices
PR & Industry Communications
• Develop and execute PR strategies that build a reputation for Nordic.Partners and AffCollect within iGaming
• Manage media relations, press releases, and industry announcements
• Identify and secure speaking opportunities, panel appearances, podcast features, and editorial coverage for the CEO
• Build and maintain relationships with iGaming media, publications, and key industry voices
• Drive communications around product launches, partnerships, and company milestones for AffCollect
Conferences, Trade Shows & Event Content
• Own the full lifecycle of Nordic.Partners’ and AffCollect’s participation at iGaming conferences and expos (SiGMA, iGB, ICE, and similar)
• Manage all pre-event preparation – registrations, booth coordination, meeting scheduling, briefing materials, and travel logistics for the CEO and team
• Activate the company’s presence on the ground during events – ensuring the CEO is set up for maximum visibility, panel engagements, and key meetings
• Produce real-time social content from the conference floor – posts, stories, photos, and short-form video that bring our presence to life for the wider audience
• Transform every conference into a PR and content opportunity: write post-event recaps, thought leadership pieces, and LinkedIn content based on panel discussions and industry conversations
• Handle expense reporting and post-event reconciliation
What We’re Looking For
Required
• Proven track record in brand building, communications, or marketing – ideally in a digital or performance-driven environment

• Strong, demonstrable LinkedIn skills – for a company brand, executive profile, or both
• Excellent written English – you write clearly, sharply, and adapt your tone to the audience
• Understanding of the iGaming, affiliate, or performance marketing industry (or a genuine drive to learn it fast)
• Experience producing content from live events – conferences, panels, trade shows
• Self-starter mentality – you identify what needs doing and get on with it
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
Preferred
• Direct experience in the iGaming or affiliate marketing space
• Experience building personal brands for C-level executives
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Notion, HubSpot, or similar
• Existing network within iGaming media, events, or affiliate communities
• Experience managing company presence at industry trade shows or expos
