“We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architect or interior designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our Mumbai office. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and design capabilities, be highly proficient in industry-standard software, and demonstrate a progressive mindset toward AI-driven workflows and digital transformation within the AEC industry”. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop architectural concepts, presentations, and detailed design packages. 
• Produce coordinated architectural drawings and technical documentation. 
• Support project teams during construction stages, including shop drawing and material submittal reviews. 
• Participate in client meetings, internal design reviews, and site coordination meetings. 
• Conduct site visits and assist in resolving technical and design-related issues.

• Maintain project documentation, drawing standards, and organized digital workflows. 
• Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, optimize design workflows, generate visual concepts, enhance presentations, and streamline documentation processes. 

Required Skills & Software Proficiency 

Candidates should have strong working knowledge of current industry-standard software, including: 

• AutoCAD 
• SketchUp 
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 
• Rendering & Visualization Tools such as Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, D5 Render, or V-Ray 
• Microsoft Office Suite 
• AI-assisted design and visualization platforms such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Veras AI, Leonardo AI, or similar tools used within architecture and interior design workflows. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent degree in Interior Design
• 2–3 years of professional experience in an architectural consultancy or design studio environment.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction documentation and coordination processes. 
• Strong design sensibility with good presentation and visualization skills. 
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of taking initiative independently. 
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced studio environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. 
• Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning within the architecture industry.
