We’re hiring a Senior Digital Designer to join a fast-paced, performance-driven marketing team.

You’ll create high-performing digital creatives for paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, working closely with media buyers, strategists, and account managers.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing ads for Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
- Creating static, motion, and video creatives for paid campaigns
- Producing multiple ad variations for testing and scaling
- Editing short-form video and UGC-style content
- Working across multiple brands and visual styles
- Designing landing pages in Unbounce, Webflow, or HubSpot
- Collaborating with media buyers and marketing teams
- Iterating creatives based on performance data and feedback
- Using AI tools to speed up creative production

- 5+ years of experience in digital design, performance marketing, or agency environments
- Strong portfolio with ads, campaigns, motion, and video work
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills:
