The economy is battling unprecedented driver shortages and massive churn, and we solve problems that traditional recruitment simply can't touch. We empower top brands to find, train, and onboard pre-vetted drivers quickly, while helping jobseekers upskill and succeed. As a proud winner of the United Nations & SantanderX Global Start-Up Challenges, we are scaling our revenue engine and building the undisputed industry standard.

The role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead our Jobs vertical – a high-impact role focused on transforming a product with strong market potential into a scalable, product-driven business.

Our Jobs platform empowers logistics and delivery companies to hire qualified drivers at scale. You will oversee the entire ecosystem, from acquisition funnels and matching systems to onboarding workflows and operational tooling, ensuring efficient hiring across Europe.

As a Product Manager, you’ll work closely with the Engineering Manager and Product Designer, owning the Product Roadmap, product discovery, and cross-functional alignment across the Jobs platform while balancing stakeholder needs, operational realities, and business impact. Success in this role will be measured through improved funnel conversion, lead reuse, subscription launches, and reducing operational dependency through automation.

If you thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, enjoy navigating complex stakeholder dynamics, and know how to balance strong product thinking with pragmatic execution, we’d love to hear from you.

What You Will Do

  • Product ownership & execution: Own Job’s product roadmap end-to-end, balancing business impact, user needs, operational realities, and technical constraints to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Stakeholder management: Align teams across Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Leadership, facilitate cross-functional decisions, balance requests with product vision and impact, and communicate priorities clearly.
  • Prioritization & Decision-Making: Introduce structure, prioritization frameworks, and product thinking into complex and fast-moving environments with competing requests and shifting priorities.
  • Product Metrics & business impact: Use funnel, conversion, cost, and revenue metrics to inform decisions and prioritisation, to identify friction points and opportunities, while driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Product Discovery & Analytics: Leverage analytics, experimentation, stakeholder insights, and user feedback to validate opportunities and improve product performance.
  • Collaboration with Engineering: Partner closely with Engineering and Design, contribute to technical discussions and trade-offs without owning delivery or ceremonies.
  • Leadership & Influence: Confidently push back, negotiate trade-offs, and make difficult product calls while maintaining trust and alignment across teams.
  • AI & innovation: Help integrate AI-enabled workflows and automation into core product experiences to improve scalability and operational efficiency.

What You Need

  • 5+ years as a Product Manager within startups, scale-ups, marketplaces, SaaS, or other fast-changing environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong experience handling high-exposure stakeholder environments with competing priorities and multiple decision-makers.
  • Solid understanding of product strategy, prioritization, roadmap ownership, product discovery, and outcome-driven execution.
  • Solid business and metrics orientation.
  • Proactive mindset: you take ownership, move things forward and don’t wait to be told what to do.
  • High accountability, strong product judgment, and comfort operating in environments where priorities evolve quickly.
  • Pragmatic mindset. Able to bring clarity and structure without relying on rigid processes.
  • Adaptable, solution-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining momentum and focus.
  • Excellent English (working language). Spanish is a plus, not a requirement.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in high-volume funnels, onboarding flows, matching systems, or conversion-heavy products.
  • Experience working with OKRs, North Star metrics, experimentation frameworks, or product operating models.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, HR/ATS platforms or recruitment-related products.
  • Background in logistics, delivery or last-mile operations.
  • Experience integrating AI tools, automation workflows, or machine learning initiatives into products.
  • Multi-country product rollout experience in Europe.

What We Offer

  • Fully remote, with preference for Barcelona-based candidates.
  • Quarterly Product Summits and occasional in-person workshops (expenses covered).
  • Private health insurance.
  • €1,200/year for training or conferences.
  • 23 working days of vacation
  • Full working-time flexibility — focus on outcomes, not hours.

Hiring process

  1. Initial interview with Service Club Talent Acquisition Team
  2. Conversation with the Head of People
  3. Conversation with the CTO (availability permitting)
  4. Interview with Leadership
  5. Final conversation with the Managing Director
