The Role

• Architect, implement, and test operational technology (OT) cybersecurity solutions for industrial control systems (ICS).

• Lead research and development programs for energy businesses and government agencies.

• Shape strategic collaborations with partners to drive innovative embedded cybersecurity solutions.

• Lead technology innovation and development from concept to prototype.

• Publish technical papers, file patents, and contribute to open-source communities.


What You'll Need

• PhD or Master's/Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field with extensive industry experience.

• Proven track record of writing successful proposals to U.S. government agencies.

• Experience in software development for embedded systems, including OS, network protocols, and architecture.

• Expertise in Linux security and driver development.

• Knowledge of cryptographic algorithms, protocols, and standards.

• Experience incorporating hardware-based security techniques.
