You'll join a global AdTech platform where ML is the product, not a side project. The infrastructure is live and load-bearing, and now needs a senior engineer to take it to the next stage: sharper training loops, smarter monitoring, faster serving, and a platform that frees Data Scientists from infra work.

What you'll own

Continuous training pipelines, including the harder question of when to retrain, not just how. Model monitoring that catches drift, regressions, and silent failures before they hit revenue. Sub-100ms model serving under real production load. An internal ML platform where Data Scientists ship models, not Kubernetes manifests. Compute and orchestration across Kubernetes, Docker, Airflow, and Kubeflow.

Stack

• PyTorch, TensorFlow, NVIDIA Triton, ONNX Runtime, TF Serving, Evidently, AWS.

What we're looking for

5+ years in MLOps or ML Engineering, with production systems at meaningful scale. Hands-on depth in model serving, monitoring, and retraining pipelines. A platform mindset: you build systems that multiply other teams. AdTech experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Logistics

• 3 days a week in Hamburg. Relocation support available.
• Salary Range - €85-€100k p/a
