Your Profile & DNA:

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead global security operations, transition management, and customer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience managing distributed teams, driving operational excellence, overseeing security incident response, and engaging directly with executive stakeholders including CIOs and CISOs.

This role requires expertise in cyber security operations, transition and integration management, governance, incident response, and customer relationship management within enterprise environments.


Roles & Responsibilities

Leadership & Operations Management

  • Lead and manage global teams across multiple geographies, including onshore and offshore delivery teams.
  • Ensure overall delivery commitments, operational KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations are consistently met.
  • Manage both steady-state operations (maintenance and support) and enhancement projects.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to operations and security teams.

Customer & Executive Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer leadership, including CIOs and CISOs.
  • Represent the organization in Executive Steering Committee meetings and provide regular updates on delivery status, operational performance, compliance, and improvement initiatives.
  • Manage customer expectations, escalations, remediation plans, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Deliver executive-level briefings and operational reports with strong attention to detail.

Transition & Integration Management

  • Lead end-to-end transition activities for security operations and integration projects.
  • Develop and manage transition plans, timelines, resource allocation, and governance frameworks.
  • Coordinate knowledge transfer activities and ensure process documentation is completed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including:
  • Security Operations
  • IAM
  • Infrastructure
  • Integration teams
  • Security Engineering
  • Ensure smooth operational handovers and business continuity during transitions.
  • Track and manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and transition success metrics.

Security Operations & Incident Response

  • Lead security incident response activities and oversee major investigation reporting.
  • Conduct proactive threat analysis and compromise assessments to identify:
  • Threat campaigns
  • Lateral movement patterns
  • Indicators of Compromise (IOCs)
  • Analyze emerging threats and communicate risk insights to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents and drive corrective/preventive action plans to closure.
  • Ensure 24x7 operational readiness and coordination across global teams.

Governance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish governance structures including:
  • Weekly status meetings
  • Operational dashboards
  • Transition trackers
  • Executive reports
  • Track and report operational metrics to customers, vendor management teams, and internal leadership.
  • Prepare annual operational plans aligned with customer IT and security strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and operational efficiencies.


Qualification & Experience

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
  • 15+ years of experience in cyber security operations, transition management, or security service delivery leadership.
  • Proven experience managing global teams across multiple geographies.
  • Strong experience in security operations, maintenance/support engagements, and enhancement projects.
  • Experience working directly with executive stakeholders including CIOs and CISOs.
  • Strong expertise in: Security Incident Response Lifecycle, Cyber Kill Chain framework, MITRE ATT&CK framework
  • Ability to perform predictive and reactive threat analysis.
  • Strong project management and operational governance experience.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong experience managing customer escalations and remediation planning.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively between onshore and offshore teams.
  • Flexibility to support critical security situations outside standard business hours.
