Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Provide timely updates and information regarding customer requests and service status
- Accurately enter and maintain customer and shipment information in company systems
- Respond to customer concerns and assist with issue resolution in a professional and empathetic manner
- Process documentation and ensure records are complete and up to date
- Coordinate with internal departments to obtain information and facilitate customer requests
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding items as needed
