Python Game Developer for AI Training Systems

This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of game development and AI training systems, building immersive 3D environments that directly support next-generation model learning. You will design and develop simulation-based game worlds using Python and Panda3D, contributing to realistic, high-quality datasets used for AI reasoning and performance improvement. The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into functional technical solutions while maintaining performance and scalability across platforms. Operating in a fully remote contract setup, you will contribute to both core engine development and simulation logic. This is a highly technical and hands-on role for developers passionate about 3D systems, simulation engineering, and impactful applied AI work.

Accountabilities

• Develop and enhance 3D game simulations and environments using Panda3D for AI training applications.
• Translate functional requirements into robust technical implementations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Build, maintain, and debug Python and C++ codebases integrated with Panda3D.
• Manage version control workflows using GitHub, ensuring smooth collaboration across distributed teams.
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and optimal performance across diverse hardware configurations.
• Document system architecture, workflows, and technical decisions to support development clarity and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and collaborative problem-solving sessions.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience working with Panda3D (mandatory; experience with other engines alone is not sufficient).
