Product Manager

Punto Pago is a leader in Panama's financial sector, serving nearly 1 million monthly active users through its mobile applications and network of 1,300 offline kiosks. Punto Pago offers a unique blend of services, including payments, P2P transfers, credit cards, and a comprehensive marketplace, all within a single, user-friendly application. Payments is a core Punto Pago business with a 10+ years history of success.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Payments department in Panama. The ideal candidate should have a history of successfully managing and growing digital products, with a focus on achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and strategy for our payment solutions. Align the product roadmap with company goals and market opportunities.
• Utilize data analytics to make product decisions and improve user experience. Conduct A/B testing and user research to validate hypotheses.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive product growth and revenue. Monitor key metrics and adjust tactics as needed.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points. Translate insights into actionable product features and enhancements.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products. Ensure timely and efficient product releases.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in product management, preferably within the payments industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven product development.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving other business goals.
• Excellent customer development and user research skills.
• Experience working with development teams, including remote collaboration.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
