- Deploy, manage, and support macOS systems and software installations.
- Enforce endpoint management policies, including configuration profiles, security baselines, and device encryption.
- Perform macOS patching, system updates, and automation using Bash or AppleScript.
- Manage user authentication and access controls in coordination with directory services.
- Monitor performance and ensure security hardening using DoD-mandated configurations.
- Coordinate data backups and recovery processes using approved solutions.
- Conduct compliance audits and maintain an accurate inventory of Apple hardware/software.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for macOS best practices, collaborating with other platform admins.

- U.S. Citizen with an active DoW Top Secret Clearance
- Ten (10+) years of relevant experience working in an IT or Service Desk environment OR a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with two (8+) years of experience working in an IT or Service Desk environment.
- IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.).
- MacOS (Apple Certified Support Professional) or equivalent.
- Ability to work with customers to develop new value-added programs and data solutions with existing structures and new requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4 certification
- Experience with incident management within the ServiceNow Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platform.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Experience creating and modifying documentation for technical processes and procedures.
- Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
- A problem solver and troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems.
- Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
