We are looking for a Junior Analytics Assistant to help us organize and interpret the data behind these team behaviors. This role is a fully remote position that supports our ongoing advisory work with a leading Brussels-based organisation. You will help us track how decisions move through their groups and identify where their daily rhythms can be simplified.

About the role
In this entry level position, you will support our consultants by turning messy operational data into clear, readable records. You will look at how teams spend their time, how projects stall, and where responsibilities are unclear. While our firm is based in Italy, this remote role is tied to our current expansion of support for a client in Belgium. You will spend your week organizing spreadsheets, drafting summaries of team activity, and helping us map out the movement of work within a large organization. This is a role for someone who finds satisfaction in bringing order to information.

What you will do
