Job Summary
The Casino (Table Games) Training Manager develops policies, directs, conducts, and coordinates training programs for table games within casino operations. This role ensures staff are well-trained in game rules, procedures, and compliance standards, collaborating with various departments to assess and address training needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in casino training and at least 3 years in Table Games management within an operation of no less than 70 table games
- Proven experience in conducting dealer training for a minimum of 50 dealers, as well as training for Pit Bosses and Pit Boss Supervisors
- Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with casino training systems and methodologies
- In-depth understanding of end-to-end casino operations and processes
- Demonstrated strict adherence to Table Games rules, regulations, and operational procedures
- Skilled in designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive casino training programs, with a strong ability to coach and facilitate effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
