Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Windows and Linux server environments.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation activities.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security using enterprise monitoring and logging tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, application, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, group policies, and access controls.
- Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows for system configuration, patching, deployment, and operational tasks.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and system inventories.
- Support cybersecurity compliance initiatives, system hardening, and audit remediation efforts.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, networking, and application teams to support operational requirements and system improvements
