Torch Technologies is seeking a TARCES Graphics Designer to join our team supporting the Tactical and Remote Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) Edge Systems (TARCES) that are part of commercial and militarized vehicles, small and large crafts, transit cases, mobile communications, fixed base stations, command centers, and intelligence systems. The TARCES contract is managed by Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF).

As a TARCES Graphics Designer your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:

• Design and develop graphics to support division requirements, including packaging, displays, logos, and other visual materials.
• Create high-quality illustrations, technical drawings, and animations using specialized graphic design software.
• Produce and edit multimedia content, including video and audio, using specialized hardware and software tools.
• Apply artistic and technical methods across various mediums to achieve required visual effects.
• Perform quality control, review, and revisions to ensure accuracy and consistency of all graphic deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship
• Hiring at multiple levels:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field with 3+ years of related experience
• Or Associate degree in marketing or a related field with 7+ years of related experience
• Or High School diploma with 9+ years of related experience

Salary Range: $59,000-$129,000 (Hiring at multiple levels)

The salary range information is a general guideline only. Several factors can influence the salary for a position including but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, geographic location, business considerations, scope and responsibilities of the position, local or other applicable market conditions, and internal equity. Other factors include the candidate’s qualifications such as relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education/training, and certifications.
