Establish clear KPIs for each channel.
Drive continuous optimization through data and experimentation.
Lead efforts to grow non-paid channel performance, reduce reliance on paid media, and increase engagement, reach, and attributed revenue.
Align marketing strategy with business objectives.
Collaborate with product and key stakeholders.
Ensure marketing insights influence product direction.
Mentor and develop team members.
Identify gaps in tools or processes.
Build a high-performing, aligned team focused on delivering results.

What You’d Do in This Role:

You are responsible for driving a world-class content and channel strategy that supports Ramsey’s transition from a leads-based business to a referral-driven model. You will grow and optimize owned channels across digital platforms, equip squads to solve meaningful customer problems, and deliver cohesive marketing strategies that guide customers through the Ramsey Way of buying and selling homes.

You will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive real estate content strategy across blog, podcast, video, social media, email, SEO, and other owned channels while ensuring alignment across Ramsey brands and platforms.

You will build and manage a cross-channel content calendar that balances campaign priorities with evergreen content, establish clear KPIs for each channel, and drive continuous optimization through data and experimentation. You will also lead efforts to grow non-paid channel performance, reduce reliance on paid media, and increase engagement, reach, and attributed revenue.

As a business-oriented marketing leader, you will align marketing strategy with business objectives, collaborate with product and key stakeholders, and ensure marketing insights influence product direction. You will mentor and develop team members, identify gaps in tools or processes, and build a high-performing, aligned team focused on delivering results.

You’re Probably a Match If:

  • You have 6+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or channel strategy
  • You have a proven track record of growing owned media channels and reducing dependency on paid acquisition
  • You are highly analytical and comfortable using data to inform strategy, optimize performance, and drive decisions
  • You have experience leading a team and collaborating with product, creative, and platform partners
  • You have experience coaching and developing marketing team members
  • You have strong instincts in content strategy, storytelling, and audience engagement across multiple formats
  • You are comfortable navigating and learning changing digital platforms, content trends and AI tools and platforms
