Our approach combines deep personalization, education, and technology to deliver meaningful and measurable improvements in people’s lives.
We are currently launching across Europe, starting with Bulgaria, with plans for rapid expansion into additional international markets.
We are seeking a Marketing & Authority Builder to drive end-to-end growth across performance, content, and CRM channels, while actively contributing to how the brand is positioned and perceived in the market.
This role carries full ownership of acquisition, conversion, and retention execution across core growth levers. It is highly hands-on, fast-moving, and requires a strong balance of analytical thinking, creative execution, and rapid experimentation.
The position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and requires relocation if not already locally based.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth roles
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, CRM, or email marketing tools
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on performance data
- Experimental and iterative approach to marketing execution
- Familiarity with AI tools in marketing workflows is a plus
- Strong ownership mentality with a bias toward execution
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and cross-functional teams
- Fluency in Bulgarian (strongly preferred)
