How you’ll make an impact:

• Design and ship autonomous agent workflows that orchestrate research, decisioning, and multi-channel execution at scale
• Build robust data ingestion pipelines that transform millions of raw records from diverse sources into a reliable context layer for AI-driven personalization
• Develop customer-facing dashboards that translate complex AI operations into simple, actionable insights for marketing teams
• Own reliability and observability by implementing comprehensive logging, tracing, alerting, and performance budgets integrated into CI/CD
• Prototype and productionize rapidly, shipping agentic playbooks from concept to production in hours using lean experimentation and feature flags

• Close feedback loops by instrumenting end-to-end performance metrics and building self-optimizing systems that learn and improve continuously
  
  
  

What you'll need to thrive:

• Product-first thinking – you start from customer problems, define success metrics, and ship the smallest valuable solution before iterating
• Strong full-stack expertise in TypeScript/Node.js and React/Next.js, with comfort moving into APIs, data pipelines, and infrastructure when needed
• Hands-on experience with data and AI systems – familiarity with data pipelines (Postgres/BigQuery, Kafka), vector search, and agent/LLM frameworks (ai-sdk, LangChain, OpenAI, Anthropic)
• High agency and ownership mindset – you default to action, clarify ambiguity independently, and learn by shipping to production
• Operational excellence – you care deeply about SLAs, test coverage, observability, security, and cost efficiency
• Collaboration and communication skills – you thrive working with cross-functional stakeholders and can translate technical complexity into business value
