As a Senior 3D Hard Surface Artist working on a prestigious tactical shooter. You'll create high-quality cosmetic elements for characters and weapons, contributing to seasonal passes.

Requirements
- Substantial experience in Hard Surface 3D modeling for video games.
- Proficient in importing and setting 3D models in-game engines.
- Portfolio showcasing military-style assets and weapon design.
- Skilled in SubD modeling (Max/Maya), Zbrush, low-poly modeling, retopology, UV mapping, and Substance Painter.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Develop in-game assets following concept art and technical requirements.
- Establish benchmarks for quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate to improve overall quality.
- Set personal goals to meet deadlines.
- Work with Art Director to set standards.
- Create diverse assets, including hard surface models like armour, weapons, and vehicles.
- Ensure assets meet technical requirements.
- Adapt to various styles from realistic to stylised.
