Digital Business Analyst
Overview
We are seeking an innovative and highly organized Digital Business Analyst to join a forward-thinking organization at the forefront of digital transformation in the energy sector. In this critical role, you will manage the intake, requirements, planning, and delivery support for design-related initiatives within the Customer Experience Strategy & Design (CXSD) team. Your expertise will enable seamless collaboration across stakeholders, designers, product owners, and delivery partners to ensure projects are executed efficiently, meet enterprise standards, and deliver meaningful customer experiences. Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, design, information management, project coordination, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders and teams in design, digital, product, or project delivery environments
- Proven ability to gather, organize, and clarify requirements to facilitate actionable work
- Experience supporting planning, tracking, and managing project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to create clear documentation and coordinate across diverse teams
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Hands-on experience using work management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Figma, SharePoint, or similar platforms

Preferred Education and Experience
