Title: Quality & Risk Data Analyst
Duration: 6 month contract with potential conversion to full time
Location: Fully Remote (8am-5pm PST)
Pay: $58/hr

- 5+ years of experience as a data analyst in a complex, data‑heavy environment
- Advanced SQL skills, including writing, debugging, and optimizing complex queries across multiple tables and schemas
- Proven experience owning recurring, production‑level data processes end‑to‑end with minimal supervision
- Hands on experience working with multiple data streams simultaneously, including reconciling and validating data across systems
- Strong understanding of data validation, QA, and data quality controls; actively questions results rather than trusting outputs blindly
- Experience with healthcare quality measures (e.g., HEDIS) and/or claims and financial data
- Ability to independently troubleshoot data issues by tracing problems to source tables, upstream feeds, or ETL logic
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment without step‑by‑step runbooks; able to build and refine personal processes using technical specs and experience
- Experience using source control/versioning and participating in peer reviews
