About The Role

This is a full-time remote position for a Front End ReactJS Engineer at CyberArrow. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and enhancing the core product experiences used by enterprise clients. Your work will directly influence how the platform looks, feels, and performs as it scales to meet growing demands. The role requires a proactive individual who thrives in startup environments, moving swiftly from ideation to implementation, and taking full ownership of front-end delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate requirements into high-quality, production-ready features. Your contributions will ensure that the platform remains fast, responsive, accessible, and user-friendly across all devices, supporting the company's mission to deliver exceptional enterprise GRC solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience building production ReactJS applications
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS fundamentals
• Experience managing complex front-end state and data flows
• Ability to integrate front-end applications with backend APIs and services
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and problem-solving skills
• Experience delivering features in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• University degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields
• Proven track record of achieving clear goals and outcomes
  
  

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve complex user interfaces using ReactJS, ensuring high quality and responsiveness
• Own the front-end implementation process from initial concept through release and subsequent iterations
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to convert requirements into functional features
• Make informed decisions regarding front-end architecture, performance optimization, and maintainability
• Create reusable components and UI patterns to promote consistency across the platform
• Ensure applications are fast, accessible, and responsive across various devices and browsers
• Integrate front-end functionality seamlessly with APIs and backend services
• Identify UI and UX issues proactively and resolve them efficiently with minimal overhead
• Continuously enhance existing features while developing new functionalities
• Participate in technical discussions to improve code quality and overall product standards
• Support team members and unblock progress as needed to meet project deadlines
• Adapt to evolving product requirements and take on additional responsibilities as the team grows
