Associate Frontend Engineer

Braun Management focuses on the practical side of organizational performance. We help leadership teams identify structural friction and fix it with direct, evidence-based solutions. We are currently working with an established Southeast Asian infrastructure group on an initiative to modernize their internal reporting systems. This permanent, full-time role is fully remote and supports our engineering work synchronized with this project's rollout in Philippines. As an Associate Frontend Engineer, you will contribute to the digital tools our clients use to manage complex operations.

The Role
In this role, you will translate complex organizational data into clean, functional interfaces used by our consultants and clients. You will work on internal tools that help represent hierarchy, workflow bottlenecks, and performance metrics. This is an entry-level position where you will gain experience building software that addresses real-world business constraints. You will spend your time turning requirements into accessible web components, ensuring that our technical tools match the high standards of our consulting work. This position provides a starting point for an engineer who wants to understand how software supports high-level decision-making.

What You Will Be Doing

• Building and maintaining user interface components using modern JavaScript libraries.
• Converting mockups and design specifications into functional, responsive web pages.
• Ensuring that data-heavy dashboards remain legible and easy to use for non-technical executives.
• Collaborating with our consulting team to understand how clients interact with our data tools.
• Writing clean, documented code that follows our established team standards.

What We Are Looking For

Employment Setup
This is a permanent, full-time position on a fully remote basis. Braun Management is based in the United States, and this role supports our project activities for an infrastructure partner in the Philippines region. Candidates may work from any location but must be available for four hours of synchronous work each day with the European consulting team. This is a paid position. No fees are required to apply, and there is no requirement to purchase specific software or equipment to begin. Candidates will be expected to adhere to strict GDPR and data confidentiality standards due to the sensitive nature of our consulting work.
