About The Role

TeamsWork is looking for a talented Figma UI/UX Designer with a minimum of three years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging, user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex ideas into simple, elegant designs that enhance user experience. Your expertise will be crucial in developing design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets that align with our brand and product goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design, stays updated with industry trends, and possesses a strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field. A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design is required, with proven proficiency in Figma. Candidates should have a compelling portfolio showcasing recent projects and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design are essential. Experience working within agile, cross-functional teams is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to effectively present and justify design decisions. Attention to detail, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset are key attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices. Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries that streamline the design process and promote uniformity across all products. Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts and facilitate stakeholder understanding. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, iterate on designs, and ensure alignment with project and goals. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to continuously improve user experience and interface effectiveness. Present design concepts to stakeholders, articulate the rationale behind design choices, and defend decisions during review sessions. Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design to bring innovative solutions to our projects.
