About the Role
We're looking for a Data & Analytics Developer to join a business undergoing a major ERP and analytics transformation.
This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between business operations and BI, someone who understands how Sales or Supply Chain teams actually work and can build analytics and reporting solutions around those processes.
This isn't a pure engineering role and it's not just dashboard development. You'll work closely with operational stakeholders, helping translate business processes, reporting requirements, and decision-making needs into meaningful analytics solutions that support the business through a significant period of change.
The Opportunity
The business is currently:
- Migrating from a legacy ERP platform to Infor M3 Cloud
- Modernising its BI environment from QlikView to Qlik Cloud
- Expanding its cloud analytics capabilities with Snowflake
- Supporting a growing volume of reporting and analytics requirements across the organisation
- Modernising reporting processes while maintaining business continuity throughout the transformation

The biggest focus areas are currently Sales and Supply Chain, where analytics plays a critical role in operational decision-making.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with Sales and Supply Chain teams to understand reporting requirements and business processes
- Build and enhance dashboards, KPIs, and analytics solutions in Qlik Cloud
- Support the migration from Infor BPCS to Infor M3 Cloud, ensuring reporting continuity and accuracy
- Validate and troubleshoot reporting data using SQL
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams working in Snowflake
- Help improve self-service reporting and analytics capabilities across the business
What We're Looking For
- Experience with Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Strong understanding of ERP-driven reporting environments
- Experience supporting Sales, Supply Chain, or operational business functions
- SQL and data analysis skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Understanding of dimensional modelling, star schemas, and KPI design
