Overview

We are seeking an experienced Palantir Architect to support a large-scale healthcare transformation initiative focused on data integration, operational intelligence, analytics modernization, and enterprise decision support. This role will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable solutions leveraging the Palantir ecosystem, including Foundry and related data engineering and analytics capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enterprise data architecture, healthcare data platforms, interoperability standards, and cloud-native solution design. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, clinical operations, and leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical design for enterprise Palantir Foundry implementations
• Design scalable data models, ontology structures, pipelines, and operational workflows
• Collaborate with healthcare business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Build and optimize data integration frameworks across clinical, operational, and financial systems
• Develop reusable architecture patterns, governance standards, and best practices

• Support real-time and batch data ingestion from multiple healthcare data sources
• Architect secure and compliant data solutions aligned with HIPAA and healthcare regulatory standards
• Guide development teams on Palantir platform capabilities, architecture decisions, and implementation strategies
• Work closely with DevOps and cloud engineering teams to support deployment and platform scalability
• Provide technical leadership during discovery, roadmap planning, and solution delivery phases
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize platform performance
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation standards
• Mentor engineers and developers on Palantir platform usage and architecture best practices

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data architecture, enterprise analytics, or platform engineering
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry architecture and implementation
• Strong experience designing enterprise-scale data platforms and integration solutions
• Experience working within healthcare environments and healthcare data ecosystems

• Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, EHR/EMR integrations, and claims data
• Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong SQL, Python, and distributed data processing experience
• Experience with data governance, security, lineage, and metadata management
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate independently in a remote consulting environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting healthcare providers, payers, or life sciences organizations
• Experience with operational analytics, AI/ML enablement, or digital transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with Spark, Kafka, or modern data streaming technologies
• Experience integrating Palantir with enterprise BI and reporting platforms
• Palantir Foundry certifications preferred
• Consulting or client-facing experience strongly preferred
