About The Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our expanding US team. This strategic, hands-on role reports directly to the Senior Director of People, US, and is integral to shaping and executing our people strategy in a high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on organizational design, talent development, and employee engagement. You will oversee core HR functions such as performance management, rewards, succession planning, and compliance, ensuring consistency and excellence across all initiatives. Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of HR experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Strong generalist HR background with expertise in performance management, employee relations, and talent development
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Experience supporting senior leadership and navigating complex organizational dynamics
- Experience working in SaaS or technology-driven organizations, supporting GTM teams preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with a commercial mindset
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Experience leveraging AI and advanced tools for HR analytics and operations
- Background in change management and supporting global organizational structures is a plus
