Our systems are designed to be user-friendly, but many of our clients are busy real estate agents who need guidance, support, and encouragement to confidently use the tools available to them.

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and tech-comfortable individual to join our team as a Client Onboarding & CRM Success Specialist. This role is less about “technical training” and more about helping clients feel comfortable, confident, and supported while learning how to use our platform effectively.

- Conducting virtual 1-on-1 onboarding sessions with real estate agents via video calls
- Walking clients through our CRM system and website platform step-by-step
- Helping clients understand how to manage leads, organize contacts, and navigate their system confidently
- Ensuring clients feel supported and comfortable using the platform at their own pace
- Following up with clients after onboarding to encourage implementation and answer questions
- Providing refresh sessions to reintroduce features, workflows, and best practices
- Sharing practical lead follow-up and client communication tips to help agents improve their processes
- Creating simple support materials such as recorded walkthroughs or written instructions when needed

- Building positive relationships with clients through patience, consistency, and strong communication
- Helping clients stay engaged with the platform so they can see long-term value from the service
- Enjoy helping and teaching people in a patient, encouraging way
- Can explain technology in simple, easy-to-understand language
- Are naturally friendly, organized, and customer service oriented
- Feel comfortable learning and navigating CRM systems and web-based platforms
- Are confident on Zoom/video calls and communicating professionally with clients
- Can adapt your communication style to different personalities and learning styles
- Are proactive and dependable when managing follow-ups and appointments
- Previous experience in customer service, onboarding, client care, or account support
- Familiarity with CRM systems or SaaS platforms
- Experience working with real estate professionals is considered an asset
- Basic technical confidence and troubleshooting skills (you do not need to be a developer or highly technical expert)
