Role Overview
Chartis is looking for driven, dynamic, organized and collaborative talent to join the Learning team. As a Learning Associate, you will play an integral role in the day-to-day execution of firmwide learning initiatives.
This is a remote role; however, monthly travel to the Chicago office is required for in-person learning programs
Responsibilities
- Manage our Learning Management System, Workday Learning
- Lead colleague usage and the firm’s subscription to LinkedIn Learning
- Gather and track data across all learning systems
- Manage communication for all learning, both virtual and in-person
- Support with the logistical coordination of learning events, virtual and in-person
- Contribute to special projects as needed within the learning function
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues throughout the firm

- 1-2 years of administrative or coordinator experience, preferably in a professional services environment
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Outstanding organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and diligent follow-through
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Outstanding client service orientation – highly responsible and willing to go the extra mile.
- Highly collaborative, with a strong team orientation
- Excellent interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and desire to learn new technologies through hands on experience
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
