About the Role
Are you a Power BI expert who loves turning complex data into stories that drive real business decisions? We are looking for a Reporting & Analytics Developer (BI Reporting Analyst) to design, develop, and maintain high-performing business intelligence solutions for health plan operations.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical data engineering and executive decision-making, building the dashboards that track critical clinical, operational, and financial KPIs across the organization.
What You’ll DoDesign & Build: Develop and optimize high-impact Power BI dashboards, utilizing advanced DAX measures and Power Query transformations.
Translate Data: Turn complex healthcare data sets (claims, eligibility, utilization, and provider data) into clear, visual, and actionable insights for non-technical leadership.
Collaborate: Partner closely with data engineers, actuaries, and business teams to ensure data integrity, governance, and availability.
Automate: Find opportunities to automate recurring reports and data processes to maximize efficiency.

Experience: 3-5 years of dedicated business intelligence or analytics experience, ideally within a health plan, payer, or healthcare organization.
Power BI Expertise: Advanced, hands-on proficiency with Power BI (including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query) and Microsoft Excel.
Technical Skills: Strong SQL skills for data extraction and querying.
Data Knowledge: Solid understanding of healthcare data structures (claims, membership, provider, and encounter data) and HIPAA compliance practices.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Public Health, or a related field.
