Our Social Media Manager owns the voice, rhythm, and ROI of our global digital presence—turning audience insights into content that converts. Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, produce, and publish high-impact, platform-optimized content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube—aligning with brand positioning and business goals.
- Lead community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in real-time; moderate discussions; and foster loyal follower growth with strategic hashtag, influencer, and UGC campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to turn product updates, customer wins, and industry trends into compelling social narratives.
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs—reach, engagement rate, follower growth, conversions, CTR—using native analytics and tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or HubSpot.
- Test, iterate, and scale paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter/X Ads) to maximize ROAS while maintaining brand tone.
- Stay ahead of algorithm shifts, platform features, and cultural trends—continuously optimizing content formats (Reels, carousels, threads, Lives) for virality and retention.
