Description:

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager who excels at driving alignment, clarity, and execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives.

This role is not about writing code, it’s about ensuring that teams deliver the right work, at the right time, in the right way.

You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Program Leadership to translate priorities into execution, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and ensure teams are delivering against intended outcomes.


What You’ll Do:

Drive End-to-End Delivery

• Own planning and execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product and Engineering

• Translate business and program priorities into clear, actionable plans for teams

• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs—and drive resolution

Ensure Alignment Between Strategy and Execution

• Partner with Program Managers, Technical Product Managers, and Engineering to ensure teams are working on the highest-priority outcomes

• Continuously validate that execution aligns to program intent, not just task completion

• Drive clarity when priorities shift or ambiguity arises

Lead Execution with Structure and Rigor

• Establish and maintain clear plans, timelines, and delivery milestones

• Track progress against outcomes, not just activities

• Identify and remove blockers to keep teams moving efficiently

Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and Program leadership

• Ensure stakeholders are aligned on priorities, timelines, and tradeoffs

• Communicate clearly and proactively with both technical and non-technical audiences

Continuously Improve How Teams Deliver

• Identify gaps in planning, execution, or communication and drive improvements

• Strengthen team operating rhythms (planning, retrospectives, status reporting)

• Help teams become more predictable, efficient, and outcome-focused

Technical Context

• Comfortable working with engineering teams and understanding technical concepts (APIs, systems, dependencies, etc.)

• Able to translate technical complexity into clear execution plans

• Partners with engineering, not replacing engineering judgment


What We’re Looking For:

• Strong project management fundamentals: planning, prioritization, risk management, and execution

• Demonstrated ability to drive complex initiatives across multiple teams

• Experience working in software or technical environments with engineering teams

• Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices and team operating rhythms

• Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure where none exists

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proven ability to proactively identify and resolve delivery risks

• 3-7+ years of experience in project or program management roles, with demonstrated ownership of complex initiatives


Nice to Have:

• Experience in SaaS or platform-based product environments

• Hands-on experience working within Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet
