At Assemble (Digital Production Studio), we are looking for a precision-driven, highly technical Full-Time Print Production & Media Designer to join our Studio team.

If you excel at taking layouts, adapting them into high-volume, pixel-perfect assets for both print and digital, and have a hawk-eye for technical specifications, we want you on our core team!

⚡️ The Role As a Print Production & Media Designer, you’ll provide high-volume creative support by adapting existing Illustrator and InDesign templates. Your core mission is to scale campaigns accurately across multiple formats. This is a highly technical role where understanding mechanical files, pre-press setups, and exact specifications is just as important as the layout itself.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Template & Mechanical Adaptation: Scale, transform, and optimize layouts across various sizes for both digital media and high-complexity print formats.
• Pre-Press Setup: Prepare final mechanical files for production, ensuring absolute accuracy in print bleeds, crop marks, margins, overprint, and CMYK color profiles.
• High-Volume Production: Produce multiple asset variations quickly and flawlessly under tight deadlines.
• Quality Control (Technical QA): Review and proofread all assets. You will be responsible for checking resolution (300 DPI vs. 72 DPI), typographical accuracy, and strict layout adherence. We require an EXTREMELY HIGH attention to technical detail.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Creative, Production, and QA leads to troubleshoot design/file challenges and incorporate feedback rapidly.

🛠 Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent + 3 years of experience specifically handling print production or agency studio workflows.
• Software: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop is mandatory); basic Video Editing skills (Premiere/After Effects) and familiarity with Figma.
• Print Expertise: Deep understanding of pre-press requirements, file packaging, and large-scale editorial adaptations.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail (non-negotiable), sharp organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit for fast-paced remote work.
• Extra Points: Experience in Pharma design compliance, Motion Graphics, or presentation design.
