About The Opportunity
A fast-growing D2C fashion-tech brand in the premium athleisure & sustainable activewear space, we’re scaling our global digital footprint with data-driven, emotionally resonant marketing strategies. We blend performance storytelling, community-led growth, and AI-powered personalization to convert conscious consumers into loyal brand advocates—no legacy retailers, no intermediaries, just direct-to-consumer innovation across social, search, and emerging channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the global brand narrative: lead positioning, creative campaigns, and messaging architecture across digital, social, and experiential touchpoints.
- Own P&L for marketing spend: drive ROAS, CAC, and LTV optimization via paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok), influencer ecosystems, and email/SMS automation.
- Build and scale a high-performance hybrid marketing team: direct remote managers across performance, content, brand, and growth disciplines.
- Partner with Product & CX to design retention flywheels: loyalty programs, UGC engines, and community-driven product feedback loops.
- Integrate marketing tech stack (CRM, CDP, analytics platforms) to unify customer journeys and trigger hyper-personalized content at scale.
- Present quarterly marketing ROI, funnel health metrics, and strategic recommendations directly to the CEO & Board.
