Senior Motion Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Senior Motion Designer to join our team and support high-performance marketing initiatives in the online gaming space.

This role focuses on producing engaging, conversion-driven video content for social media and paid campaigns, leveraging both traditional motion design techniques and cutting-edge AI tools. You will collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and project management teams to bring concepts to life while aligning with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create animated videos for organic social media content.
• Develop UGC-style videos using AI tools and workflows.
• Design and produce high-performing ads for online gaming campaigns.
• Create Meta Ads in multiple formats and sizes.
• Interpret creative briefs, storyboards, and brand guidelines to deliver aligned outputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and report progress to the Project Manager and Creative Director.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in motion graphics.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
• 2+ years of experience in the online gaming industry.
• 1+ year of experience using AI motion design tools.
• 1+ year of experience using AI graphic/image generation tools.
• Strong understanding of ad creatives and performance-driven content.
• C1 level English (written and spoken).

Working Conditions

• Fully remote position.
