Junior Full-Stack Developer

We're hiring a junior full-stack developer for our 6-business holding.

Junior. Not senior. Deliberately.

In 2026, a junior who knows Claude Code, Lovable, and how to think 

like a user beats a senior who can't adapt to AI-native workflows. 

The delta is now in mindset, not years.

Here's what you'd work on — real, live products we built and use 

daily:

• SFERA FLOW — P&L system that bridges manager reporting and 

accounting. Let us run finance and accounting through an outsourced 

model instead of in-house hires.

• BFine.Fitness app — booking app for our EMS studio network. Shipped in 3 weeks with 4 people. Live for 2 weeks — we're measuring impact on retention and spend right now.
• BFine.Office Client Portal — full digital journey for our office tenants, from online contract signing to issue resolution. Removed paperwork across the lifecycle. Web launched, iOS + Android next —  you'd own pieces of it.

• Presentation generator for property and office viewings — used daily by our RE team to rent, sell, and present spaces.
• CASHBERRY — internal app for managing payment terminals remotely.  Live sales data across branches. Tax reporting built in.

• Coming: proprietary HoReCa POS with Cashberry integration.

We don't build software for the void. Every product on this list  runs a business we own.

What you bring:

• Hands-on with Claude Code, Lovable, or similar AI-native dev tools
• Basic Git and repo fluency
• Taste — you know what looks polished and what doesn't. You think like a user.
• Not an executor — someone who learns fast and pushes back with ideas and feedback.
