About the Role

Trinity Envision Business Services LLC is seeking an experienced Tech Lead Developer – Teamcenter to join its remote team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled Teamcenter professional with deep expertise in customization, development, integrations, and technical leadership.

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading Teamcenter development initiatives, designing scalable solutions, mentoring development teams, and collaborating with business stakeholders to support critical Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) projects.

Key Responsibilities

Teamcenter Development & Customization

• Lead Teamcenter development, customization, and support activities.
• Design and develop solutions using Teamcenter ITK, RAC, SOA, BMIDE, and Active Workspace.
• Customize workflows, access controls, and business processes to meet organizational requirements.
• Enhance Teamcenter data models and implement scalable PLM solutions.

System Integration & Architecture

• Develop and maintain integrations between Teamcenter and enterprise applications.
• Support integrations with ERP, CAD, and other business systems.
• Design technical solutions that improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Participate in architecture discussions and recommend best practices.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Mentor junior developers and support skill development initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement across development processes and technical solutions.

Troubleshooting & Support

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Support system upgrades, migrations, and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.
• Ensure application stability, security, and performance.
