Provide best-practice guidance around SOC operations, threat detection, and security workflows.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales teams to resolve issues and influence product development.
Identify opportunities to increase platform adoption and support account growth.
Drive customer retention, satisfaction, and long-term success.
