Job Description

Toddle is an AI-powered teaching and learning platform for K–12 schools. Built by educators, for educators, it is used by over 200,000 educators across 2,500+ schools in 100+ countries.

Teachers today work 50+ hours a week. Too much of that time is spent navigating fragmented systems and administrative overhead. Our BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) is to save teachers 10+ hours every week while helping elevate their practices, so that time can go back to what matters most - teaching, learning, and meaningful time with students.

Our approach is three-pronged.

First, Toddle brings the entire teaching and learning lifecycle into one place. Teachers plan and map curriculum, create assessments and gradebooks, maintain student portfolios, communicate with families, and generate progress reports and transcripts - all from a single, coherent system. Toddle also supports adjacent workflows where teachers are closely involved, including attendance, timetables, calendars, accreditation, behaviour management, analytics, and insights.

Second, every layer of the platform is deeply AI-powered. Educators work with a thoughtful AI partner to plan curriculum, create lessons and assessments, assist with grading, write progress report comments, and derive insights from data. Toddle also offers student-facing AI Tutors, enabling highly personalized and immersive learning experiences.

Third, Toddle integrates seamlessly with the broader school technology ecosystem. The platform supports 50+ integrations across SIS platforms, content providers, data & integration platforms, and workspaces such as Google, Apple, and Microsoft.

Headquartered in India with a multicultural team across 20+ countries, Toddle is built by former educators and school practitioners who understand the realities of classrooms firsthand. We care deeply about craft, clarity, and reducing unnecessary complexity for teachers. People who thrive at Toddle enjoy building thoughtful systems, care about real-world impact, and are motivated by long-term change in K-12 education.

Here’s what you’ll be doing

We are looking for an experienced and passionate educator, with experience of teaching in faith-based private schools, to join our team in the role of Manager, Learning and Engagement. In this role, you will own the design, delivery, and evolution of Toddle’s professional learning experiences for the faith-based schools vertical.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of learning design, community building, and growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in determining how we engage the community of educators and school leaders in progressive schools.

This role has two core pillars:

1) Design and lead world-class learning experiences (events & community)

  • Create a comprehensive events and content strategy that addresses the needs, interests, and challenges of educators and school leaders in faith-based private schools.
  • Own the end-to-end design and implementation of Toddle’s professional learning experiences and ensure that they are inspiring, practical, and grounded in the realities of progressive educators.
  • Conceptualise, design, and deliver virtual learning experiences for school leaders (approximately 2 per quarter), including defining themes, sourcing speakers, and shaping learning outcomes.
  • Plan and execute in-person meet-ups (5–8 per year), working closely with host schools to curate meaningful, community-driven experiences.
  • Build trusted relationships with partner schools to co-create events that feel authentic and locally grounded.

2) Write strategic MOFU/BOFU content to support GTM & sales

  • Lead the creation of high-quality distribution copy for landing pages, emails, social media, ads, and educator forums to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Develop middle and bottom-of-funnel content, such as case studies, video testimonials, competitor pages and product videos.
  • Build and update the website with new features or solution pages to showcase our offerings effectively.
  • Partner with the sales team to ensure alignment with customer journeys and conversion goals.

Role Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as an educator (preferred if in faith-based schools). Prior experience in marketing or content creation is a plus.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with a talent for crafting engaging emails, ad copies, and content pieces.
  • Educators who are enthusiastic about getting into marketing or growth are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organisational skills with experience managing events and communication campaigns.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to give direct, empathetic feedback.
  • Location - Remote, with base location anywhere in the United States

Here are a few more benefits:
