The Opportunity
We are an integrated, nonprofit healthcare delivery system serving an eleven-county region in Southwest Montana. Operating our own highly rated, award-winning Epic EHR instance, we deliver expert, compassionate care across the entire health continuum.
We are seeking a Senior Cloud FinOps Engineer to take the absolute lead on our Microsoft Azure cloud ecosystem. This is a foundational role where you will own the architectural and financial strategy for a major multi-year modernization effort. You will join a highly supportive, collaborative 6-engineer infrastructure team that is eager to step out of legacy paradigms and into modern, 21st-century cloud-native practices. They will challenge your ideas in a healthy, collaborative wayโmeaning you must be ready to have an opinion, defend your technical decisions, and absorb elite feedback.

- Maintain vendor relationships to ensure optimal pricing models, enterprise agreements, and billing accuracy.
- Act as a technical mentor, upskilling peer engineers on cloud-native infrastructure practices.
