An early-stage AI startup building the relational intelligence layer for communities is hiring a Founding Full-Stack AI Engineer.

This is a hands-on role working directly with the CTO to architect, build, and scale the core platform from the ground up. You'll own major technical decisions across product, infrastructure, AI systems, and engineering culture while helping shape the future of the company.

The platform helps community leaders better understand, engage, and support their members through AI-powered workflows, relationship intelligence, and integrations across the tools communities already use.

You'll be joining at a pivotal stage, taking a validated product vision and helping turn it into a scalable, category-defining platform.

• Agentic AI workflows with memory, orchestration, evals, and human-in-the-loop systems

You Are

• 5+ years shipping production software

• Comfortable across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and cloud architecture

• Experienced building AI products or agentic workflows in production

• Familiar with LangGraph, LangChain, Mastra, Pydantic AI, or similar frameworks

• Experienced with modern AI-assisted development tools

• Product-minded and comfortable making technical decisions

• Excited by early-stage startup environments
